Carmen Erickson, Owner. Being a fellow RV owner gives Carmen, first and foremost, the value of customer service. This quality was a major component  she felt was lacking in the RV industry and no doubt had a major influence on her desire to own an RV Service Center. Before becoming the owner of Action RV, she traveled for 6 years, full-time, throughout the country. This experience has given her a broad insight into the quality of service the RV public expects. She has more than 20 years of experience in business including the areas of sales, management, customer service, consulting and networking operations. Carmen’s main goal is customer service realizing the need through personal experience.

Carmen was born and raised in Montana, moving to Colorado and then to Texas in 1989.  When time permits, her first love is still traveling the country via the highways and byways with Belle Starr, her faithful and loyal basset, in her Monaco Dynasty and spending quality time with family and dear friends.

Jeannie Thompson, Office Administration & Warranty. A partner in a previous business venture, Jeannie has ample practical experience in the day to day operations of a business. Her "front office" skills and interatction with the customers in person or on the phone is a valuable asset. She is well versed in warranty procedures both with most RV manufacturers and extended warranty companies. She also has an excellent workign relationship with the major insurance companies regarding claim procedures.

Jeannie is from Youngstown, Ohio and moved to Conroe in 2000. She and her husband spend most of their time with their two boys who are very active in all sports, including football, baseball, track and basketball.
