she felt was lacking in the RV industry and no doubt had a major influence on her desire to own an RV Service Center. Before becoming the owner of Action RV, she traveled for 6 years, full-time, throughout the country. This experience has given her a broad insight into the quality of service the RV public expects. She has more than 20 years of experience in business including the areas of sales, management, customer service, consulting and networking operations. Carmen's main goal is customer service realizing the need through personal experience.
Carmen was born and raised in Montana, moving to Colorado and then to Texas in 1989. When time permits, her first love is still traveling the country via the highways and byways with Belle Starr, her faithful and loyal basset, in her Monaco Dynasty and spending quality time with family and dear friends.
